Marlene and her husband, George, ran a successful Re/Max real estate brokerage in Columbus, Ohio for ten years. They went on to work as Brokers at Coldwell Banker and ultimately Michael Saunders, receiving numerous performance awards for sales achievements along the way, including regularly ranking in the top 10% of their office. Marlene’s expertise ensures a smooth, stress-free transaction for her Clients whether they are buying or selling their home or investment property.
Marlene is a Certified Residential Specialist, a high-ranking professional designation held by only 2% of Realtors nationwide. She is also an Accredited Staging Professional, and has taught “Staging Your Home for a Quicker Sale” courses to other Realtors. Marlene’s experience in interior design and staging consistently impresses her Clients and expedites sales.
Marlene is familiar with all of Sarasota’s waterfront and golf course communities, but has a particularly strong presence on Siesta, Lido, and Longboat Keys, in downtown Sarasota and in Palmer Ranch. Marlene’s knowledge of the greater Sarasota area, coupled with her decades of executing real estate transactions, makes buying or selling with her leadership a low-stress, satisfying experience in which Clients are made to feel at ease and connected to the process at all times. Marlene adeptly handles all aspects of transactions, from showings to inspections, and she always offers guidance and ideas for receiving first-class complimentary services in banking, law, insurance and more.
George and Marlene have been married for over 30 years and have one son. When not out selling real estate, Marlene enjoys gourmet cooking and she loves to travel. Both Marlene and George enjoy all of the rich cultural activities that Sarasota has to offer.
