We were very blessed to have Marlene as our agent when we sold our condo on Siesta Key. She was quite professional, yet warm and friendly to work with. She was especially helpful when our condo association balked at giving us required documents that the buyers mortgage company was asking for to close the deal. Her experience helped us navigate those stressful days and get the deal closed. She is still keeping us informed about the limited escrow account we set up at the time of the closing.
