Marlene is a Certified Residential Specialist, a high-ranking professional designation held by only 2% of Realtors nationwide. She is also an Accredited Staging Professional, and has taught “Staging Your Home for a Quicker Sale” courses to other Realtors. Marlene’s experience in interior design and staging consistently impresses her Clients and expedites sales.

Marlene is familiar with all of Sarasota’s waterfront and golf course communities, but has a particularly strong presence on Siesta, Lido, and Longboat Keys, in downtown Sarasota and in Palmer Ranch.
